Production and Shipping

  • How long until my order is made and shipped out?
    • Non-personalized orders will typically be shipped within 3-4 business days. We will always let you know if orders are taking longer than expected!
    • Personalized items are custom made-to-order (assembled, engraved, polished, plated, and packed in-house) so we typically take 14-21 business days for creation before we ship your piece. This timeline may vary slightly and may be longer around holidays. We will always let you know if orders are taking longer than expected!
  • Once made and shipped out, how long until my order arrives (within the USA)?
    • Once created, we hand over to our shipping carriers who have the following estimated shipping times based on your chosen method:
    • Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days from shipping date
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (not guaranteed) from shipping date
    • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days from shipping date
    • If you need your item sooner, please email and we will make every effort to expedite the production for you.

Adjustments, Returns, and Warranties

    • What is your warranty for breakages?
      • We’ve got your back! Each piece has a 2-Year Warranty which covers manufactured defects or breakages. Standing by our products is our number one priority. Simply email our team within  two years of purchase and we are happy to fix it for you. All you need to do is package your piece and send it back. We will repair your item and ship it back to you free of charge. Please know that with time, if proper care isn’t taken item may tarnish. It is a natural occurrence even with gold, jewelry needs to be cleaned. In the rare instance that your jewelry may tarnish, it can usually be brought back to shine with a polishing cloth we provide. 
    • What is your Return Policy?
      • Non-personalized items: We accept returns on all US orders within 30 days for unworn items. If an order is marked as delivered per the post or delivery carrier and it was shipped correctly to the address stated per the order confirmation, we are unable to offer a refund unless we can retrieve the item back.
      • Personalized items: All items with custom engraving are final sale. Due to the custom nature of these items we are not able to change or refund an engraved piece unless there is an issue or mistake with the item.
    • How long does it take to process my return?
      • Once we received the item back at MR ELLIMAN, we will process return. It can take up to 7-14 days.
      • Refunds typically take 10 business days to appear on your credit card or bank statement.

  • What materials do you use?
    • We only use precious metals with intrinsic value for our jewelry:
      • 14kt Solid Gold
      • Gold Vermeil (Thick gold-plating over Sterling Silver)
      • Sterling Silver
  • What materials do you avoid?
    • We only use the above 3 precious metals.
    • So… there’s no nickel?
      • NO NICKEL. We do not use any nickel in any of our jewelry. All our pieces are safe to wear for sensitive skin.
    • Will my jewelry tarnish?
      • Natural, precious metals can tarnish over time, even solid gold that is not 99.99% pure can tarnish over time. Our materials are high-quality and we do everything possible to ensure the longevity of our jewelry (e.g., plating all our Sterling-Silver with Rhodium)
      • In the rare instance that your piece tarnishes, it can usually be brought back to shine with a polishing cloth.
